Cancellation Policy

Dear seekers, I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life and in my desire to be effective and fair to all of my clients, I have adopted the following policies:

  • $50 deposit is required for all scheduled sessions via Venmo or PayPal.  Cash is preferred for the remaining balance of your session, when possible. 

  • 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule their session. If the appointment is cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, the deposit of $50 will be returned. 

  • If the appointment is rescheduled 24 hours prior to the original time, the deposit for it counts towards the following session.

  • No-shows. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment with no contact will be considered a “no-show” and the deposit will be kept.

  • Arriving late. Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. I always do my best to satisfy the scheduled time. However, if you are late, you will be responsible for the “full” session regardless of the length of the treatment actually given.
