My Sacred Journeys
My Sacred Journeys include some of my seeker-favorite session combinations and are intended to take you on an introspective journey while experiencing full embodiment.
1) Ganesha (New Beginnings)

Lord Ganesh, the remover of obstacles, is the Hindu elephant god, symbol of new beginnings and appreciation of one's uniqueness.
This journey begins with open hearted sharing, processing and intention setting with optional (recommended!) plant medicine add on. This session may be experienced nude (or with light draping if you prefer) with the intention of fully embracing body positivity and freedom.
A dry brush exfoliation and home made sea salt and honey scrub serves to slough off dead skin, hydrate and encourage letting go of the old and bring in new energy and circulation. This scrub is followed by a 30 minute infrared sauna wrap accompanied by a sound healing experience. This wrap heats and soothes the muscles while providing a sweat detox - it serves as a mini sweat lodge!
A cool to lukewarm shower is enjoyed to balance the body temperature and and prepare the seeker for the Balinese massage. A blend of deep and flowing strokes, energy work, light stretching and grounding compressions and words support the journey.
2) Pele's Flower Bath Ritual
2 Hours / $240
Session Includes:

*30 minute bath incorporating flowers, essential oils, herbs, coconut milk, sea salt and more (baths may vary, requests honored)

*Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Temple Massage (deep, sensuous, energetic, nurturing)

Madame Pele is the Hawaiian Goddess of the volcano, fire, lightening and dance. She represents birth and rebirth and embracing both the young spirit and wise elder.
This journey begins with open hearted sharing, processing and intention setting. This session may be experienced nude (or with light draping if you prefer) with the intention of fully embracing body positivity and freedom.
A ritual bath is prepared just prior to your arrival incorporating flowers, essential oils, herbs, coconut milk, sea salt and more (baths may vary, requests honored). This bath is accompanied by, well, a sound bath experience! Allow the dulcet sounds of bowls, chimes, vocals and hand pan drum massage your mind as the warmth nurtures your body.
A cool to lukewarm shower is enjoyed to balance the body temperature and and prepare the seeker for the Lomi Lomi Hawaiian temple massage. A blend of deep, sensuous, nurturing strokes, energy work, pohaku (volcanic stones) and grounding compressions and whispers support the journey.
3) Return to the Self
5 Hours / $1000
Pre-requisite: Intuitive Bodywork, Lomi Lomi or other Sacred Journey session
Session Includes:
*15 minute pre-session review of intake form via Zoom/phone call
*Sharing and intention setting
*Sacred fungi meditation
*One on one guardian/seeker
*Guided by live sound, silence and live and recorded music
*Bodywork
*30 minute post-session integration via Zoom/phone call
Return to the Self in this private sacred journey guided by sounds, songs and silence. Experience one on one personal care and attention while you fully surrender and drop into the experience.
Prior to our session, we will connect via Zoom or phone call to review the intake form that will be provided. We will begin our session with guidelines and agreements and set intentions for the experience.
We will incorporate bodywork in the beginning and/or near the end of the session, depending on needs. We will schedule a 30 minute follow up Zoom/phone call the following day to aid in the integration process.
